A true and possibly cautionary tale about a fat girl (of nearly 29) trying to get thin!

Mum's here...
And it's going ok. The weight seems to have started moving again which is good.
Don't know whether you're going to want to read this because I'm into home truths at the moment!
If your friend takes you to lunch, have the prawns and salad. If she suggests a takeaway, politely decline and make a quick rice dish with veg and chicken which will be tasty and cost half of what a takeaway would. And be a lot less calories. Now I know that this is do as I say and not as I do, but I'm so rooting for you to lose that weight and you're doing so well that it makes my heart sink when you 'digress' from the diet twice in one day. Stick to it! It's in your hands!!
On the positive side. You are doing fantastic with your gymn exercise! It's more than I could ever do! You're grasping it with both hands and I know you've got the capability to carry it through. Good on you! Keep it up and when you lose the weight each week, you'll find your muscles will be toned as well.
Please don't get mad with me - I'm only trying to help!!! Onwards and Upwards!!
